The Healing Vibrations LLC offers holistic wellness and sound healing services including, but not limited to: Reiki Energy Healing, Tibetan Singing Bowl Massage, Tuning Fork Therapy, Sound Bath Sessions, Frequency Bed Therapy, Energetic Alignment Rituals, and Holistic Wellness Coaching.

3. Booking & Appointments

• All appointments must be booked in advance through our booking platform.
• We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments with reasonable notice.
• Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

4. Payment

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as indicated at booking.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Confirmed bookings will be honored at the quoted price.
• Package purchases are non-refundable but may be transferable with prior approval.

Our services are complementary wellness practices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. By booking a session, you acknowledge that:
