At The Healing Vibrations LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality holistic wellness services. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to handle all refund and cancellation requests with care, fairness, and transparency.
We kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to other clients.
Refunds for single sessions are available if a cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are generally non-refundable, though we may issue a credit toward a future session at our discretion.
Service packages are non-refundable once any session within the package has been used. If no sessions have been used, a full refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase. Unused sessions within a package may be credited toward other services at our discretion.
We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience a medical emergency, serious illness, or another unavoidable situation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review these situations on a case-by-case basis and do our best to accommodate you.
